Pastor R.C. McDonald

R.C. is the Senior Pastor of Crossroad Baptist Church. With over 40 years of ministry experience, more than 32 of them at Crossroad, R.C.'s passion is to see people's lives changed by the power of God′s Word.

R.C. and his wife, Jenni, have two children and four grandchildren. R.C. loves anything Jenni cooks, likes to watch Cincinnati Bengals football, and enjoys playing golf.

Pastor adam dierker

Adam is the Worship/Youth Pastor of Crossroad Baptist Church. He graduated from Cedarville University with his Bachelors and MDiv in 2020. His desire is for students to know, love, and share Jesus.

Adam is a BIG St. Louis Cardinals baseball fan. He loves all things sports and a good cup of coffee… preferably from a local coffee shop.
